If I request for a replacement/refund, when will I get it?

You need to contact us over the mail- [email protected] and attach images of the item(s) and parcel. Once we approved then you can initiate the process of returning the product back to us.

Once the parcel reaches to our warehouse and meets the criteria of replacement/refund. We will dispatch the new item(s) with no extra shipping cost. If the product fails to pass the criteria of replacement/refund, True Word Publications have the rights to reject the replacement/ refund request. Please check the email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

Which items are not eligible for returns?

Item(s) that are damaged. We always use the best packaging and ensure the item(s) reaches to you in undamaged condition. Still if they reaches to you in damaged condition then we will not accept the replacement/refund. But we will provide the best resolution post investigating the case. Don’t worry.

How can I return or exchange an item?

To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:

2. Choose the item you wish to return or exchange

3. Fill in the details

4. Choose Request Return.

I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

Our return policies don’t support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly. But in some cases post investigating the case we provide replacement. Refund is not possible to issue.

Can I change the address for the pick-up the of item(s) in my order?

If the pin code of the new address is serviceable for pick-up, the address can be changed while creating the return. The address cannot be changed in case the new address is not serviceable.

Can I change the address for the delivery of item(s) in my order?

If the pin code of the new address is serviceable, the address can be changed only if the order is not marked as shipped. The address cannot be changed in case the new address is not serviceable or marked as shipped.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

We will provide you the detail of AWB number of your parcel once we approve your request for replacement. The details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

How will I get my refund for returning an item I paid for using ‘Cash on Delivery’ mode?

For orders placed using ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment mode, refunds can be processed to your bank account via Immediate Payment Service (IMPS). You can update the details of the bank account where you would like to receive the refund while creating the return request for an item.

IMPS refunds will typically be processed in maximum 5 business days.

How long does it take to cancel an order?

Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to us. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the date and time of placing an order.
